I am highly sensitive, introverted – not the least bit shy and rather talktative!

I have a background in computer science and have worked as an IT freelancer for many years and whenever my life got too full of IT, I took a course and I have accumulated a series of educations and certificates.

I am a Self Sabotage Coach, Life Coach, Spiritual Mentor, AcuNove Acupuncturist, TFT/EFT therapist and Reiki Healer.

My own self development journey has been long and it is, even to this day, colored by growing up with an alchoholic mother and finding a way to let go of the past and making today full of  joy and building a future full of passion, it is my greates accomplishment and the hardest work I have ever done – and I am still working!
