The oils that I recommend and that you can buy through my shop, are all from doTERRA. The reason why I chose doTERRA is because they produce pure essential oils, they are producing many of the oils using co-impact sourcing, ensuring the farmes get paid for their work and doTERRA has built a wonderful empowering charity organisation called Helping hands.
The essential oils are extracts from flowers, trees and herbs and they have amazing health benefits.
These plants are sourced where they grow naturally and the are distilled or expressed with the outmost care.
